How Chelsea will cope with new boss?

A new manager at Chelsea has been announced after being dismissed by Carlo Ancelotti, and the team’s current manager is expected to replace the departed Carlo Anselotti.

The news comes after Chelsea were beaten 1-0 by Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge last week, but the news of Anseliotti’s departure was greeted with some hope and some disappointment among the players.

Here are some thoughts from the players and staff.

Diego Costa, Diego Costa, Sergio Ramos, Diego Fagundez, Eden Hazard, Diego Valeri, Eden Nkoudou, Cesar Azpilicueta, Willian, Diego Sanchez, Diego Pizarro, Frank Lampard, Nemanja Matic, Pedro, Pedro Rodríguez, Eden and Willian.

The rest: Willian (gk), Matic (fk), Rodriguez (fv), Willian(gk) and Costa(hk).

This is not the first time Anselinson’s dismissal has been questioned.

Anseliotti was sacked after Chelsea beat Spurs 2-0 at Stamford Street last month, with some questioning why the coach had not been able to find a replacement.

The players have not been happy with their new manager, but this is not a new situation.

Anceliotti was brought in to improve Chelsea’s squad following the departures of Ivanovic, Ramires and Costa, and was supposed to improve on the team in 2015-16, but failed to do so.

Chelsea are currently fifth in the Premier League table, and are a goal up on the leaders Manchester United.

This news has been met with some optimism from the squad.

Eden Hazard scored the first goal of the season against Tottenham in the Champions League on Tuesday, and he has now scored in every game this season, including a goal against Tottenham.

Diego Luís has scored a hat trick in each of his last three league games, and is now one of only two players in the league to have scored 20 or more goals in a season.

In his time with the club, Fernando Torres has scored eight goals in 15 appearances, with Costa also scoring 10 goals in the same time.

Ramires has scored five goals in seven matches this season.

He scored against Tottenham on Tuesday to put Chelsea on course for their fifth Premier League win of the year, but he was replaced by Fabio Borini after only 17 minutes.

Lucas Piazon is another player who has struggled for consistency.

In 12 Premier League appearances, the striker has scored just one goal, with the other three goals coming against Everton and Everton’s rivals Liverpool.

With the arrival of Fernando Torres, Costa has been the man to replace Torres in the starting XI.

At this stage, Anselisi’s dismissal was not expected, and it is unlikely that he will return.

A few of the other players who will be involved in the new Chelsea squad: Diegueros, Nkodou, Ramírez, Willians, Valeri and Sanchez.

Cesar Azpi is expected in the team to replace Willian in the holding midfield position, as he had a good season last season and is expected, as always, to take the role of striker.

Matic is expected as the number 10, with Kante expected to play as a lone striker, and Ancelíots replacement, Ramire.

Kante is expected at the centre of the defence, with Willian and Valeri expected to start at the left-back position.

Tiago and Matic have been used interchangeably throughout the season, with Ramires playing as a right-back, but will play as the left back.

Alvaro Morata is expected behind Ramires in the centre and behind Valeri in the midfield.

Pedro has been used in the right wing, but was not used against Tottenham as he has had an injury.

Victor Moses is expected on the left wing and in the back three, with Hazard, Ramres and Costa expected to be involved at left- back.
